Review of NKJV American Woman’s Bible
As a member of the Harper Collins book review team, I’m reviewing the NKJV American Woman’s Bible.
Containing the complete NKJV text, this is a hard cover Bible with color illustrations, themed articles, biographies of influential American women, inspirational quotes by great American women, and essays dealing with key parts of American history. Although not large print, the text is a decent size and is readable. The print color is navy blue (words of Jesus are not in red) with dark red headings.
As the wife of a history teacher, I was very impressed with this Bible. It would make a great gift for a teacher, or a fan of American history. I especially loved the articles and biographies, along with all the color photos contained within. I would recommend this Bible, and I’m looking forward to being able to pass it on to someone who will equally love to receive it.
