Review of Christmas Quiet: Receiving the Gift of His Presence A 25-Day Devotional Coloring Book

I’ve already reviewed a Christmas coloring book this year, so when I saw this I thought it was going to be another one similar to the first one. I have to say it was anything but. In fact, it was so much more.

Reaction

This is an amazing book. One part coloring book, the other a devotional. This is not your everyday devotional though. Playing off themes connected to Christmas, the authors gift us with beautiful words of encouragement, reflection, and praise during this often fast paced holiday season.

The size of the book is 8×11, and I love the colorful cover. It contains 25 devotions, one for each day of the month. The illustrations are filled with Bible verses, and are beautiful, easy to color graphics. There’s also a section in the back called Notes for Reflection.

So far, this has been my favorite coloring that book I’ve reviewed. The added addition of the devotionals make it extra special. It would be a good book to read as a family and then color along together. I highly recommend it and would like to suggest it as a great Thanksgiving gift for your friends and family. I’m very thankful to have been able to review this one.
